Delton Kellogg Schools appreciates your support for our athletic teams. To insure everyone enjoys these events, we ask that you do not bring outside equipment to the games. This includes footballs, soccer balls, mitts etc. Students are asked to be seated in the bleachers with their friends and family.

Thank you - Athletic Department

Delton Kellogg Middle School is proud to offer resources to our students that need help with assignments. One of our dedicated teachers is available to help with questions and provide guidance on available resources. Students can catch up on past due assignments or utilize this time to build skills for successful study habits.

Beginning this year, KickStart is asking that any deposits of $20 or more be clearly marked by a parent or guardian expressly stating it is for the KickStart Program. We want to ensure that the money being sent with your children is designated for their account and not for another school activity.

Another great week in the middle school!

We are quickly approaching the end of the first quarter of school (Friday November 3rd). It is a great time to be checking in with your child about their grades and looking at PowerSchool to see where they are at grade wise. We offer Success Center every Tuesday with Mrs. Tyner and Thursday with Mrs. Estep from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. Students do not have to sign up, but they will need transportation home.

Sports update: Our 6th/7th/8th grade boys basketball practice will begin Monday October 23rd from 3:00pm to 4:30pm in the middle school gym. Please make sure your child has a current physical turned into the High School athletic office and you have paid the participation fee (you may have already done both of these things if your child participated in a fall sport). Our 5th and 6th grade girls basketball players will have an opportunity to play in a Saturday league. Forms for the girls are attached in the newsletter and we have paper copies in the middle school office. These forms need to be turned into our office by Friday October 20th. Girls Competitive Cheer starts on Monday October 16th and will be in the Middle School from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

Please always feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. Our goal is always to work with our parents and community to help create a successful environment for our students.

JUST CAN'T HIDE THAT PANTHER PRIDE!!!

Have a great weekend!
