NPPS Strategic Plan - Draft
Update - On January 6th, the Strategic Planning Team met to put the final touch on our proposed 2025-2030 Strategic Plan. There were minor changes to the current wording but we did add the Action Plans. The Strategic Plan will be presented at the February Board Meeting. I am excited to be part of the next Strategic Plan.

Jefferson Safety and Access
ALL Staff are expected to RAPTOR in daily. In case of emergency, we want to know who is present.
Here is the current alarm/door schedule for Jefferson for Certified and Office Staff:
M-F: 6 AM to 12:30 AM (the next morning)
Sat: 8 AM to 5:30 PM
Sun: 8 AM to 8 PM
There are some exceptions to this schedule:
- Paraprofessionals' hours are currently 6 AM to 4 PM, M-F, with no access on weekends
