Morning Drop Off

7:40 AM - Start time for student drop off in front of the school (1st - 8th)

7:50 AM - Doors open

• Main Entrance (1st - 8th) - Middle School students entering first, then elementary
• Blacktop Entrance (K) and Pre-K Entrance

8:00 AM - Bell rings & announcements begin

How to Pay for Lunch

To pay for your child’s lunch account:

• Send a check or cash to the school office or classroom teacher

  • Checks payable to: St. Cecilia School

    • Memo line: Lunch

  • Cash: Place in an envelope labeled with:

    • Student’s full name

    • Memo: Lunch

  • ACH: Email the school office, the monthly amount
  • You must be set up in FACTs for autopay for incidentals
  • Your monthly amount will deduct on the 15th of each month

📝 Note: You can view lunch balances on Sycamore, but individual online payments are not available at this time. Balances are emailed each Friday.

How to Report a Late Student

📳 Please call the school office before 8:30 AM: 402-556-6655 (leave a message on the Absent Line). Include the following in your message:

• Student’s full name

• Grade

• Reason for being late

• Lunch order

💻 You may also email the teacher or office, but you must call if ordering lunch — Lunch orders cannot be taken via email due to time constraints.
