ParentSquare is our district's primary communication platform for connecting schools, families, and staff. Accounts are automatically created and synced with PowerSchool using your district email and preferred contact information.

To get started:

• Log in to your ParentSquare account online
• Download the mobile app.
• Customize your notification preferences.

• No need to create classes, class rosters sync automatically from PowerSchool each night.

PowerSchool K-12 Student Information System provides schools with technology to implement district and school operations. If you are having any issues signing in to your account, please contact Crystal Bass or Diana Bolt.

Technology Integration Specialists will be coming to your school to assist all teachers in setting up gradebooks.

Our school websites serve as the central online resource for the entire school community, providing a trusted source of information for students, families, staff, and community members. It offers convenient access to essential resources such as school calendars, lunch menus, bus routes, enrollment information, and important forms, while also keeping the community informed about district news, policies, board meetings, and other key updates.

Individual teacher webpages are officially retiring! Moving forward, ParentSquare will be your primary hub for sharing class updates, resources, photos, files, and links. Thanks for helping us streamline our communication and keep everything in one easy-to-find place!

Clever is a single sign-on platform that provides access to various online learning tools and resources.

Student account information is available to teachers through Clever. All student passwords have been reset. For added security, students will now use a 10-character password that includes a special character. Students in grades K–4 will also have the option to log in to Chromebooks using Clever Badges.

Google Classroom and Schoology are both learning management systems (LMS) used in K–12 education, each with distinct features and integration strengths.

Google Classroom is praised for its simple, user-friendly design and seamless integration with Google Workspace tools. In contrast, Schoology provides more advanced capabilities for content organization, grading, and support for third-party tools.

ClassDojo is a digital tool that promotes positive behavior and enhances communication in the classroom. Teachers can monitor student behavior, give points for positive actions, and share feedback with students and families. ClassDojo will not automatically sync classes through PowerSchool. Classes will need to be created manually.
