Mrs. Stark's Message Mrs. Stark's Message

Hello Maple Families,

We are well into our routines and students are engaged in learning. Please make it a daily habit to check their planners and ask them about their day.

In our main office, our visitor check in is up and running. Be sure to have your ID with you when you come to volunteer, meet with a staff, or pick up your child early.

If you ever need to change how your child is going home or need to inform the office of an early pick up, please make sure that you it before 2:00. If Mrs. Miller can't answer, leave a message. She checks the voicemail often.

Have a wonderful weekend!

We had so many bell ringers this week! When students ring the bell, students do a 30 second dance party. We have students that are really good at spinning on the floor and doing the worm! Such talent!

Fall Testing Fall Testing

Our fall testing is completed! Each grade level held data meetings and we are ready to start providing interventions during our Eagle Block. Any students who did not reach a benchmark score in MAP will be placed on a Reading Improvement and Monitoring Plan (RIMP). What this means is that we will be doing targeted interventions to help bridge that gap in learning to get your child on grade level.

Some students are not on a RIMP, but do qualify for Title services based on specific skill deficits. When they are working in a small group with a Title Tutor, they will not be missing any new instruction. In the classroom, teachers will also be providing interventions and/or enrichment activities to ensure that all students receive what they need.

Back to School Forms Back to School Forms

We still have several families that have not completed their back to school emergency forms. Letters went home last week about it. It is imperative that we have this completed for every child.

If you have forgotten your password and need your account to be reset, please contact Mrs. Miller in the office. She can also walk you through the process over the phone. The Parent Portal link can be found below.
