Hillside Schoolyard Beautification

Hillside Schoolyard Beautification and Clean-up Day!
Roll up your sleeves, get out your gardening tools, and join us on Saturday, August 19th, to help spruce up Hillside's grounds and entrance. This is a parent-and-child event. A parent or guardian must accompany their children.
Tasks to complete:
- Edging sidewalks and curbs
- Trimming low branches
- Pulling Weeds
- Planting flowers
- Picking up trash
What to bring:
- Work gloves
- Hat with a brim
- Sunscreen
- Waterbottle
- Gardening Tools for any of the above, like weed trimmers, hand trowels, weed pullers, hoes, rakes, etc. (We have some gardening tools on hand, but more are always better.)
