Fans and visitors who would like to attend an athletic event in the North Little Rock School District have three ways to purchase tickets:

1. Make payment at this link: spicket.events/nlrsd-wildcats. Tickets can be purchased a week in advance.

2. Pay by phone with a QR code, which will be posted at the point of entry.

3. Pay cash at the ticket booth upon arrival.

Reminder to all NLR fans: High school students must have their student ID to enter the game. Middle school students and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Drop-offs are not permitted.

We want to reiterate our new school times and Early Release Wednesday times. Students will be dismissed early on Wednesdays whenever we are in school a full week.

On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., the NLRHS Theatre Arts Department will be hosting auditions for their Youth Ensemble Cast to perform in the NLRHS Fall Musical, Frozen, the Musical.

Specifically, the department is looking for 4th - 8th grade male and female actors to perform as young citizens of Arendelle, Young Hidden Folk, and Young Anna and Elsa.

The North Little Rock School District plans to move forward with the Advanced Placement (AP) African American Studies course, which has been offered to students at North Little Rock High School and the Center of Excellence.

The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education has indicated that it will not pay AP exam, which is administered to students in May. The district is seeking other funding sources to pay for the exam.

Students enrolled in the course will receive a local credit that will be weighted on a 5-point scale.
