December 5 Family Update
Welcome December!
The next few weeks will be incredibly busy as we finish the semester on December 19, our Winter Season 1 competitions continue, and our band and choirs perform their concerts. It is an exciting time at CMS. Please encourage your child to continue to work hard all the way to December 19. This is a great time to check their grades with them, look for and complete missing work, etc. Let's finish strong Broncos!!
See you Monday Broncos!

NWEA Testing & Semester Exams
NWEA Test
We will be taking our Winter NWEA tests over the next two weeks to demonstrate our growth over the last few months. Please send your child rested and ready to show what they have learned!!
6th Grade:
ELA: December 8th - 12th
Math: After Winter Break
7th Grade:
ELA: December 8-12
Math: December 15
8th Grade Exam & NWEA Schedule
Please see the schedule to the below for 8th Grade Semester Exams. These exams typically assess material from the entire semester and are intended to prepare students for larger exams they may see in high school. This weekend is a great time to ask your child about studying for these exams. I would encourage students to look over notes and vocabulary from the semester.
6th & 7th Graders do NOT take semester exams.
