🎃A Spooky Hello Kinloch Families! 🎃

It's time to get into the Halloween spirit-and what better way than with a fun filled Trunk or Treat! This years Trunk or Treat will be on Monday October 27th from 5:30-7pm. We will need all of your help and support to make this year's Trunk or Treat Spooktacular! We are looking for volunteers to decorate their trunks and pass out candy. We are also looking for candy donations which can be dropped off in the school office. These donations are welcome anytime from now until the event date.

We are so excited to host another great event with the support of our Kinloch Families!

Halloween Parade Update 🎃

As many of you know, we typically hold an annual Halloween Parade. However, due to the ongoing construction around the building, we will not be holding the parade this year. Our top priority is ensuring a safe environment for all students. We will be holding our classroom parties during the day, and hopefully we will continue our tradition next year.

Stay Healthy This Cold & Flu Season!
Cold and flu season is here, and we want to keep our students feeling their best! Please help us by keeping your child home if they are not feeling well, especially if they have a fever, cough, sore throat, or upset stomach. Children should be fever-free for at least 24 hours (without medicine) before coming back to school. Thank you for helping us keep our classrooms happy, healthy, and full of learning this season!

Dear Kinloch Families,

I want to take a moment to thank you for such a warm and welcoming first week! It has been an absolute joy getting to meet our amazing students and families, and to see firsthand the kindness, enthusiasm, and school pride that make Kinloch such a special place.

Our students have impressed me with their positive energy, respect for one another, and eagerness to learn. I’ve also appreciated the friendly smiles, kind words, and support from families—it truly means so much as I settle into this new role.

I’m excited for all that lies ahead this year as we continue to learn, grow, and celebrate together. Thank you again for helping make this first week such a great one!

If you are planning on your child celebrating their birthday in class, we kindly ask that you choose one special treat to provide for your child on their special day. We encourage you to keep treats small and easy to share or enjoy individually. Please remember that classroom celebrations are meant to focus on recognizing our students and creating joyful memories together.

Please ensure your I-Chat is completed yearly and up to date with our office. It does take a few days to process so keep that in mind when planning ahead for volunteering opportunities!
