Grade 7:

Don't forget we're looking for volunteers to help out with our summer Walk Around Days! 7th graders can find the sign up in their Grade 7 School Counseling classroom! As we begin to wrap up the year we want to wish you all a great summer and we look forward to seeing you in 8th grade!

Grade 6:

We hope you have an amazing summer! We're looking forward to welcoming you into RHAM next year! We'd love to see you at one (or both!) of our summer Walk Around Days, which will be on August 13th and August 18th from 10am-2pm. 8th Graders will be available to give tours of our building, or you're welcome to try and navigate your schedule on your own. We know trying to work a locker combination is stressful for many incoming 7th graders, so this will also be an opportunity to work on that. Don't worry if you don't master it right away! Teachers and other staff will be in the halls at the start of the year to help out!

As summer approaches, we are sharing this mental health resource guide as a helpful reference for families. While summer is often a time to relax and recharge, changes in routine can sometimes present challenges for students and families. The guide includes counseling resources, crisis support options, and community services that may be helpful throughout the summer. We encourage you to save this information so it is readily available if needed.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We made it—the last day of school is finally here! The backpacks are a little heavier, the students are a lot more excited, and summer has officially arrived!

As we head off to enjoy a well-deserved break, I want to thank you for your partnership throughout the school year. It has been a pleasure caring for your children and helping keep our school community healthy and thriving.

One important housekeeping item: If your child has medication remaining in the health office that has not been picked up, please send me an email so we can coordinate an alternative pickup date. These medications are eager to begin their summer vacation too, but they must go home with a parent or guardian and cannot stay at school over the summer.

A few friendly summer reminders:
• Stay active, stay hydrated, and don't forget the sunscreen.
• Keep up with routine physicals, dental visits, and immunizations. Please submit any updated health forms or medical documentation to mshealthoffice@rhamschools.org.
• Practice water safety and wear appropriate protective gear during sports and outdoor activities.
• Get plenty of rest—and maybe enjoy sleeping past the school alarm for a few months!

I wish all of our students and families a safe, healthy, relaxing, and fun-filled summer. Thank you for a wonderful school year. I look forward to seeing everyone again in the fall!

  • We have two lunch waves at RHAM Middle School: 10:35 am and 11:20 am.
  • If you would like to look up the menu for either breakfast or lunch options, please click the linked image.
  • We know that students often get hungry before and after lunch, so they may bring a snack to keep in their locker.
  • We would like to remind everyone that because of allergies, no nut products are allowed in school.
  • Information for our payment system, Linq Connect, will be made available to families in late August.

Bus Route Information for 2026/2027 Bus Route Information for 2026/2027

Bus routes can be found by going onto the middle school website and clicking on the bus route icon on the main page. Please note that on the first few days of school the bus company recommends that students are outside waiting for their bus a few minutes early. The bus drivers are getting used to their new routes and often tend to be a little early (or late).

Parents & families are able to monitor the progress of the bus that transports their child(ren) to and from school in real time using a computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. Please note that the monitoring of bus progress is restricted to the families of students riding their assigned bus.

Please use this link for more detailed information and to register: Transportation Information

We wanted to share some key details about the MyRideK12 app and what can affect its updates.

  • The app’s tracking is typically about 2 minutes behind real-time.
  • For the best updates, your phone should have at least three bars of signal.
  • The bus also needs a strong signal for its location to update properly.

Because of these factors, especially in rural areas, there may be times when the app’s updates are slower or less accurate.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions.

Here at RHAM Middle School we offer a large variety of clubs and activities for students to get involved in. This is a great way to meet new people and try new things of interest. Below is a sampling of Clubs and Activities that were offered in the previous school year.

*These offerings are subject to change in the upcoming school year.

Students who stay after school are required to sign up in the After School Binders during the school day. Students must indicate if they are being picked up, walking home, or taking the late bus. Students must know their home address if they are taking the Late Bus home. Please see below for more information about the Late Bus.
