Important Morning Arrival & Student Safety Reminder
As we partner together to keep our school campus safe, organized, and welcoming for every student, we would like to share a gentle reminder regarding our morning drop-off schedule.
Please note that school staff will not be on duty to supervise students prior to 7:25 a.m.
For the safety and well-being of all children, we ask that families refrain from dropping off students before staff members arrive on duty. If you arrive before 7:25 a.m., please remain in your vehicle with your student until staff members are visible and on duty.
If you require early drop-off prior to 7:25 a.m., please utilize our morning bus routes to ensure your child travels safely under adult supervision, as on-site supervision does not begin until 7:25 a.m. To sign up for the morning bus route, please visit the front office or contact Mrs. Crow at april.crow@harmonytx.org.
We appreciate your cooperation, patience, and ongoing support in keeping our students safe each morning!

Health Screenings
Campus health screenings have started! To have your student screened by our Health Aide, Ms. Carlos, families must opt in by completing the Health Consent Form. Students whose families have either opted out of screenings or who have not opted in to to screenings will not be screened on campus.
Upcoming Screenings Include:
Vision & Hearing: These screenings are required for Pre-K 4, Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th grade students. Tests include distance visual acuity and pure-tone audiometric hearing checks.
Acanthosis Nigricans: This screening is required for 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th grade students. School Policy Reminders
To help our school days run smoothly, we’d like to share a quick reminder regarding key campus policies—specifically our dress code guidelines and our policy on bringing toys and personal items from home. Keeping these expectations clear helps us minimize classroom distractions and prevent lost or damaged items. Please take a moment to review the reminders below with your child.
Free Dress Friday: Please ensure that students follow all Free Dress Code Guidelines as found in the Student and Parent Handbook, linked below this article.
Uniforms: Students must wear the official Harmony uniform shirt purchased through the online uniform store. Shirts must be tucked in at all times. Shorts and skorts must be knee-length or longer. Cardigans, sweaters, vests, and full-zip jackets in navy, red, or black are permitted. Hoodies, pullovers, and sweatshirts may not be worn inside the building and must be stored in backpacks or cubbies. Shoes may not be sandals, mules, Uggs, high heels, boots, Crocs, Heelies, or light-up/illuminated shoes. Students who do not meet dress code requirements may require a parent or guardian to bring appropriate clothing.
Toys and Electronic Devices: Please remind your child to leave all toys and electronic devices at home. If any such items are brought to school, they must remain stored in their backpack. Electronic devices must be powered off and kept out of sight during the school day. Any items used during class will be collected by the teacher and must be picked up by a parent or guardian.
Thank you for your continued support in helping us maintain a safe, respectful, and focused learning environment!
