Changes to 5th and 6th-Grade Car Rider Pick-Up
Due to safety concerns related to the recent snowfall, 5th and 6th-grade car rider pick-up will be moved to the north playground on Marshall Street. Students will be dismissed from the walker door and go to their family's car, as they had done from Max's playground. If you are approached by school staff while in line to ask who you are picking up, please let them know your child's grade, and they will move down the car line. If you have a student in 3rd or 4th grade who is also picked up with an older child, you will continue to share their names and continue with the already established routine. Please talk to your children about these new procedures so that they know what to expect. This information will also be shared on our announcements and in classrooms. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the AE principal, Mrs. Hoover, at rhoover@acschools.org.

Giant Feeding School Kids Initiative
The Annville-Cleona School District is proud to be a part of the @GIANT Feeding School Kids initiative! From January 1 – March 31, you can round up at the register to support our school district’s efforts working to eliminate childhood hunger.
Through this initiative, the Annville-Cleona School District and other public school districts can use funds to support meal programs to expand food distribution programs, create on-campus food pantries and gardens, supply extra weekend meals, and eliminate outstanding student meal debt.
Join us as we round up to fight hunger within the Annville-Cleona School District!

Junior Achievement - Need for Volunteers
We need volunteers to present Junior Achievement programs in our classrooms.
For as little as an hour a week (5 visits), you can make a difference in the lives of young people in your community.
JA programs provide essential life skills through hands-on educational activities that focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work readiness.
Our programs empower students to make a connection between what they learn in school and real-world applications, enhancing the relevance of their classroom learning and increasing their understanding of the value of staying in school.
