News and information from Dr. VanRheen, Principal
Message from the Principal
This week we will celebrate our seniors! Lots going on for them to wrap up the school year. All seniors participating in graduation will have a mandatory practice on Wednesday. See below for this weeks schedule for seniors.
Underclassmen wishing to OPT OUT of finals will need their signed form turned in on Tuesday. No late forms are accepted.
Thank you to the families who were able to help celebrate teachers last week. Your kind notes, donations, and the lunch items donated on Friday were greatly appreciated! Thank you to Elliott Insurance for partnering with us for our staff gift!

Foreign Exchange Students
Ever thought about hosting a student from another country? We have students looking for a home. We LOVE having exchange students at LHS they bring culture and a lovely perspective to our classes. If you are interested, reach out to: janicerake@gmail.com
Here is one student that is ready to be a WILDCAT!
Maelle, 16, is a delightful exchange student from a small village in Switzerland who excels in aerial arts/circus festival activities. She needs a loving host family (August-May) to achieve her dream of attending an American high school. Maelle has been involved with a community circus festival for many years doing aerial arts, rope jumping and training children. She also enjoys card/board games, knitting, baking, painting, reading, dance, music, outdoor activities and sports (tennis, volleyball, horse riding, skiing, sledding). She has an 11 year old brother who has severe health issues and is a loving big sister with lots of empathy and maturity. She has a 3.3 gpa and excellent English. Her dad is French so she bring French culture as well!
