What You Need to Know:

ARIN utlizies an online inventory software in the AT department called, MyTurn. (If you have ever borrowed from the STEM Lending Library, then you would be familiar with it.) This will be the system you will use to sign out AT devices and equipment.

How does it work? How does it work?

10 Easy Steps:

  1. Go to: https://ariniu28.myturn.com (Tip: Create a bookmark so you have easy access to this site!)
  2. Click on ARIN Assistive Technology Lending Library.
  3. Create a user account by clicking on the link at the top of the page, "Create Account."
  4. Once you have entered in your personal information, click on "Shipping & Delivery," and enter in the address where you will want your items delivered.
  5. Search the inventory for what items you are looking for, and click "Reserve."
  6. Select your Delivery Location (Primary or Secondary), based on what you entered when you created your account, or add a new address.
  7. Pick available dates for your loan. (Please select the ending date as no more than 6 weeks from the start date. Please refer to the ARIN Van Delivery Schedule linked on the homepage, https://ariniu28.myturn.com)
  8. Click "Add Items."
  9. Go to "Cart" to check out (found in the upper right corner of the website).
  10. Click "Submit Reservation."

Returning Items Returning Items

IMPORTANT!

When you are ready to return your AT items to ARIN, you will need to send an email to arin-at-loans@iu28.org so that we can schedule our ARIN van pick-up. (Or if you are returning the item yourself, please indicate that in the email so we know when to expect it.)

Be sure to make sure items are cleaned, complete with chargers, etc., and placed in a box or sturdy envelope marked to the attention of Regina Madey. Please also include your name as the sender.

Example:

To: ARIN IU 28 Central Office

Attention: Regina Madey
