Morning Meetings!

This year we are trying something new! We are going to start each day with a classroom morning meeting. They will be each day from 7:40-8:00. Students will gather on the carpet together as a class and use that time to connect as a classroom. Teachers will incorporate the 7 Mindset lessons as well as just spend time with the students and get to know who they are. This is a nonacademic time that we want to just connect, listen, and build relationships with our students. We are asking that you do your very best to ensure students are here and in their classrooms each morning by 7:40 so they are able to be apart of this special time each day.

We are going to do this all year long and are looking forward to truly connecting with every single student.

Transportation on the first 3 days

We will begin dismissing early at 2:15 on the first 3 days. Those first few days take us extra time getting students dismissed. Parents please be aware that bus riders may be dropped off a little earlier than normal those first few days. Thank you for your patience as we work through the back to school transportation learning curve.

Please remember to share with your child's teacher at the Back to School Bash how they will go home each day. Any changes to what you tell the teacher will need to be in writing each morning. We will not accept phone call transportation changes during the day and emailing the teacher is not allowed because we never know when the internet will cut out or a teacher didn't have an opportunity to check email before dismissal. ALL transportation changes must be in writing that morning. We appreciate your help making sure we get all students home safely.

Free and Reduced Lunch Application Form

Please scan the QR code below to apply for free and reduced lunches. This helps our school so please apply! Breakfast and lunch prices are below. We encourage all families to apply :)

It is available in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and listed as Student Number.

The student’s Lunch Number is not changing. You only need this Student ID to get them setup in SchoolCafe.

When will I find out who my child's teacher is?

We will be mailing out our back-to-school postcards on Wednesday, July 26th. This will have your child's teacher on it along with information about our back-to-school bash!

Car Rider Numbers

All students will receive a Safe Dismissal number card in their back to school packet. This is used for the car rider line and is essential to helping us to ensure a safe and quick student pick up. Please put it in a safe place. If you are picking your child up in the car rider line in the afternoon, you will place the number tag on your passenger side dash. One of our staff members will come out during afternoon dismissal to put your child's number in the program and when dismissal begins, it will alert the teacher to send your student up to go home. All parents who do not have their car tag with them will be sent to the recall lot on the side of the school for us to check ID's and call students. This does take additional time so please make sure you bring your tag with you :)

Birthdays!

We know students get very excited to celebrate their birthdays with their friends. We want to ensure all students are included in these specials times. We kindly ask that if you would like to celebrate your child's birthday at school that you purchase ice cream from school for those celebrations. We have many students with food allergies and this prevents students form being excluded. We have both dairy and nondairy options. Thank you for your help with this. We do not allow cupcakes and other sweets to be sent in.
