PBIS at ERHS: Recognizing Students for Being Their Best
At Elk River High School, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is how we intentionally recognize and encourage the behaviors that help make ERHS a great place to learn. When students demonstrate our Be HERE, Be BOLD, Be PROUD, Be KIND, Be TOGETHER expectations, staff can recognize them with Elk Bucks.
Students can earn Elk Bucks throughout the school year for positive choices, kindness, leadership, responsibility, and contributing to our school community. Elk Bucks can then be used for a variety of rewards and experiences. Our goal is simple: catch students doing the right thing, celebrate their positive contributions, and build a school community where everyone can thrive.
