Calling all Southeast PAECT Members!!! Come unwind with us at our tech tasting hosted by Southeast PAECT and led by Sommelier, Jeff Poli. Trained & Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, The Wine & Spirits Education Trust, and on the dining room floors of the best restaurants in Center City Philadelphia, Manhattan, and Santa Barbara, Jeff will be leading a blind tasting and professional evaluation of four premier wines paired with two artisanal gourmet cheeses. Check out his Facebook page for class schedules and details.

Between each wine tasting we will be sharing tech tools that can be used in the classroom to promote communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. Come prepared to share tools and/or to listen & learn about new tools.
