6th Vaccine Clinic for Tdap Vaccine
Hello Cheyenne parents of 6th grade students! Edmond Public Schools requires all incoming 7th grade students to either receive a Tdap booster vaccine, or have an approved exemption on file. This is the first of several reminders that will go out throughout the year. We would like to encourage families to complete this early so that your student will be compliant for seventh grade. Most of the time, this vaccine can be given at your local pharmacy, health department, or doctor's office. Without vaccine compliance, your student will not receive a school schedule in August, and they will risk withdrawal from Edmond Public Schools. There are no exceptions to this requirement. If needed you can find a copy of EPS Vaccine Requirements, and an Oklahoma Vaccination Exemption form below. Thank you!
Please email updated shot records, or exemption forms to your school nurse, or immunizations@edmondschools.net

STUDENT CHROMEBOOK MUST BE CHARGED EACH NIGHT
It is very important that your student charges their chromebook every evening. Chromebooks are used daily!
Student IDs
Students are required to wear their student ID every day.
The ID badges contain an RFID card that will be scanned when riding the school bus each day. The ID badge also allows students to check out library books, check in to school, and to purchase breakfast and lunch items, as well as be used for our new pass system during the school day. Having and wearing your student ID allows us to provide a safe environment by identifying Cheyenne Students and Staff as belonging to our school!
Students are expected to call home when they don't have an ID. If they lose their ID it cost $5 to replace it.
Middle School Athletic Events require students to have on their student ID when attending all Middle School Events. Tickets are $10 or payonline at HomeTown Ticketing. Buy a Middle School Pass and Save!!
HS and MS Athletic Expectations are below.
