Morning Devotion & Weekly Chapel
Students are bringing the word this year in morning devotion!
At both the lower and upper school campuses evidence of growing faith and growing confidence in sharing the gospel is being seen every day!
So many students are stepping out in boldness to share with their peers and we could not be more proud! Be sure to check out the photo and video folder linked at the bottom of the newsletter to see some examples.
A Look Back at the Week
New Benches
Last weekend a Junior class member and local Boyscout, Asa Haynes, worked on a special project for the main campus. Thanks to his hard work, the campus now has six new benches for students and teachers to sit on while outside. Thank you, Asa!
Celebration of the Arts
On Tuesday night, students and their families gathered to admire an incredible year of the Fine & Performing Arts! At the event parents were able to view a gallery of student art work and hear a few performances.
Bible Lesson Presentations
Ms. Tucker's 3rd grade students presented Bible lessons to their classmates. This is no easy task at any age! We are so proud of how our students are growing in their boldness to share.
2026 Fair Preparations
Our 2026 Fair Queen Representative, Miss Molly Kilpatrick, met with contestant officials and representatives from all of the schools to begin preparing for the fall event.
House of Music
Mrs. Warden's music students celebrated the close of a successful year, complete with cake and announcement of this year's House of Music winner.
FAWN Day & Omni Tour
On Thursday, 6th grade students attended the annual FAWN Day event with their peers from around the county. At this event students enjoyed learning more about our local environments. While they were out, students also had the opportunity to tour the Omniplex classrooms where they will be taking classes next fall.
Senior Visit to Lower School
The senior class took some time on Friday morning to visit the lower school campus one last time. Lower school students cheered as they made their rounds through the classes.
Upper School Awards Assembly
Lots of cheers and smiles were in the room on Friday at the Upper School Awards Assembly. Students were recognized for academic and character achievements.
Graduation Regalia and Bible Presentations
Seniors received their graduation cords and stoles for their many accomplishments. The class was also recognized at the awards assembly for their exceptional amount of college scholarship earnings. This 15 member class collectively has been offered an estimated value of over $1.5 million in college scholarships!
One of the items presented to seniors on Friday was an engraved Bible with special notes and highlighted verses from the faculty and staff.
Diu exspectatum
Juniors were officially named seniors for the class of 2027 and presented with their senior t-shirts.
