Dear Nauset Students and Families,

At Nauset learning extends well beyond the classroom to provide students with opportunities to become our Profile of a Graduate. This week Shakespeare and Company performed Hamlet for 450 of our students and led a dynamic workshop for drama classes. The 4A Ignite2Unite Workshop was held in our gymnasium yesterday with student leaders in Arts, Academics, Activities and Athletics joining forces to promote a thriving school culture. With an eye towards equity, the goal is a school ethos of All Students Matter, with practices in place to recognize and celebrate all students and staff.

On Wednesday the Music Program left for Disney World, where they will participate in workshops and concerts with students from around the country. The April break humanities-oriented travel abroad trip to England is ready to go. Hopefully all attending saw Hamlet this week in preparation to the Globe Theater.

With all of these exciting opportunities for students and staff, we are keeping focus on classroom learning. April 15th is the close of Term 3, May is Advanced Placement Exam Season and iReady Assessments in both English and Math. Thank you for the continued partnership between school and home to ensure that all students are achieving, engaging and becoming the best version of themselves.

Be Well and Have a Nauset Day,

Patrick Clark

Principal
