December Wrap Up
Holiday Pajama Story Night
Have you ever wondered what snowmen do at night? This year's Holiday Pajama Story Night was filled with frosty fun. Ms. Ann Marie read “Snowmen at Night:, this imaginative story is all about the things a young boy imagined that snowmen do when people aren’t around. After our story the children created snowmen of their own and dressed them with various clothes to show what they thought their snowmen might be doing when they were asleep. Our evening was wrapped up with some holiday songs and dancing. Fun was had by all!
Enchanted Village
Our annual holiday stroll of the famous Enchanted Village brought wonder and delight to our families. The children were in awe of the beautiful displays, twinkling lights and the magic of the falling snow. Our parents' cameras were snapping lots of photos of their children in this magical setting. Some of our friends even rode down a big mountain on colorful inner tubes while others skated with their parents on the indoor skating rink. It is alway a joy to share this magical day with our families
December PEACE Project
Thank you Libby Jones and Sandra Diaz for sharing your Latino culture and holiday traditions with us. Libby and Sandra shared the book "Twas Nochebuena" and the children made colorful poinsettias, danced to Feliz Navidad and took turns hitting the brightly colored pinata. The children truly enjoyed this festive holiday celebration.
