We hope you are enjoying your weekend and look forward to seeing your students tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM. Please don't forget that there will be NO SCHOOL on Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Please enjoy the holiday safely!

Please make sure that your student is logging in daily to their live sessions AND completed all of their daily assignments in Acellus. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us via email.

In order for you student to stay enrolled for the summer, please make sure that they:

1. Log in daily (Monday - Thursday) to meet with their class at 9:00AM and at 12:30 PM
2. Log in for their weekly 1:1 and group sessions (Schedules Below)
3. Complete their weekly amount of work through Acellus. (Please make sure that your student is logging in to their account and NOT into your parent portal account.)

Due to the limited time in our program, if your student accumulates more than 3 absences, then they will be dropped from our summer program and lose access to their summer content.

Monday - Thursday

8:45 - 9:00: (Students) Get logged in and prepare for your school day

9:00 - 10:00: (Whole Class) Log in to Webex, Live Instruction with Your Teacher

10:00 - 12:30: (Individual/Groups) Scheduled Sessions & Independent Acellus Work Time

12:30 - 12:45:(Whole Class) Log in to Webex, Live Instruction with Your Teacher

Optional: Continue working independently throughout the day on your Acellus assignments
