General Information
1. Parent Permission Form — REQUIRED
Before students can participate in auditions, the parent permission form must be completed.

2. December 4 Field Trip 🎟️
We will be taking students to Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati on December 4!
Space on the field trip is limited, so participation will be first come, first served. Once we reach our maximum number, we will not be able to add additional students. We are nearly at our limit please make sure you that you also get your money in to me soon as possible! I will be emailing those who stil need to do so.
3. Volunteer Opportunities & Snacks 💚
Keep an eye out for opportunities to help with Encore Theater! We’ll be looking for our wonderful theater parents who are willing to help with things like:
- Rehearsal snacks and drinks
- Backstage/rehearsal supervision
- Breakfast with the Cast
- Tech Week and Show Week
- Performance days
- Transportation/carpooling
- Other behind-the-scenes theater needs
We’ll share more information and SignUpGenius opportunities as we get closer to each event. There will be plenty of ways to help, so don’t worry if you can’t commit to everything! 😊
