Lake Maloney Elementary
October 2025
A Note from the Principal
Happy October!
It has been such a joy watching our students settle into routines, build friendships, and dive into learning this fall. September was full of growth, and October brings even more exciting opportunities.
This month, a few of the Boys Town expectations we have been working on are: Following Instructions, Greeting Others, and Staying on Task. Ask your child if they can tell you about these expectations and how they are using them at school!
We are so grateful for the strong partnership between school and home—it truly makes a difference in our students’ success. Thank you for your continued support and for sharing your amazing kids with us each day. We can’t wait to see you at Parent Teacher Conferences—we have sent home the green sign up sheet for conferences and more information will be coming soon about your student(s) set time(s) for conferences on October 16th & 17th.
Wishing you a wonderful October full of learning, growth, and a little fall fun!
—Mrs. Fleck, Principal
