Liberty Elementary

Last year, the Worthington City School District moved to sharing class lists in a consistent way across all of our elementary schools by making class assignments viewable through Infinite Campus.

Homeroom assignments open for viewing in Infinite Campus at 4 p.m. on Friday, August 14th, for the 2026-27 school year.

We encourage all parents to access their account prior to the 14th.

Increasing use of IC not only streamlines how teacher assignments are shared, but also helps families more easily access report cards, annual acknowledgments, and other important student information throughout the school year.

English and Spanish guides can be found here:

The Emergency Data Review Process will be completed from the Infinite Campus Parent portal instead of going to Parent Access links. This will be available late July. Technology Services will email parents directly when this is available and will include a guide.

It's almost time to head back to the classroom! Families can find important information in the Worthington Back-to-School section of the district website. Follow the link below.

If your student will be picked up or dropped off from a different Liberty bus stop than the one assigned to your family, please complete the form below. You must receive notification of approval before your student can switch stops.

If you have questions about setting up the Infinite Campus Parent portal account, please email Elizabeth Keener at ekeener@wscloud.org. It is much easier to troubleshoot through email than on the phone, particularly since she will need to send you a link and personalized code.

Technology Services shared with us that on the bottom of the mypaymentsplus.com login screen there is a very helpful Live Chat that parents can access if they need assistance.

Worthington Schools has updated how parents and guardians log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Starting the 2026/27 school year, the district will no longer create accounts or manage credentials for parents and guardians.

What is changing?

• Self-Service Accounts: You will now create your own username and password.

• Easy Password Resets: If you forget your password in the future, you can reset it yourself instantly via email

• Enhanced Security: Managing your own credentials keeps your family’s data safer.

What do you need to do?

• Starting July 13, your current Infinite Campus account will no longer work.

• On July 20, you should have received an email containing a unique Activation Key and a link. Simply click the link, enter your key, and follow the prompts to create your new username and password. Once logged in, it will look the same as before.

• You can complete this setup on a computer or mobile device in a couple minutes

• If you use the Infinite Campus Mobile App, you will need to sign in again with your new account.

Key Items

• This change only impacts parent accounts. Student accounts will continue to be established by the district

• To ensure you receive the email, please review our Parent Guide: Email Safe Senders guide

• Please complete this process promptly to have access to next year's classroom and schedule information in August
