Welcome Jet Families!

We hope everyone had a great weekend. It seems like February is flying by quickly. Our 3rd-4th-and 5th graders just completed the STAAR Interim assessments, and we are proud of the growth that they are showing. We are also finished with all of our Middle of the Year Testing. If your child's teacher has not reached out to you about their results, please contact them. Middle of the Year Conferences have started, so if you would like to meet with your child's teacher(s), please contact them.

We also had our 2nd planned Lockdown Drill last week, and we are so proud of how well our students and staff handled this practice drill.

Thank you for your patience at arrival and dismissal. We have a lot of JETS that are car riders and walkers, and safety is our

#1 priority.

In order to make sure that these busy times go smoothly and safely, we want to make sure everyone knows the procedures for arrival and dismissal times.

Doors open for Morning Drop-Off at 6:45 am, through the cafeteria. There is only one lane for parent drop-off in the morning. The lane closest to the curb is the lane for morning drop-off.

DIsmissal is at 2:50 pm, and car riders are dismissed through the cafeteria. There are two lanes for car rider parent pick-up. The two lanes closest to the curb are used for pick up. Please be patient and courteous to each other, as there is only one entrance.

Finally, please make sure that you are not blocking any intersections, walkways, or crossroads. We want everyone to be able to get where they need to go in an orderly and safe manner. Many students walk home and need these spaces to be open and clear. This includes the intersection of Misty Ridge and Frontier Ridge.
