Dear Sagamore Hills Families,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I hope you and your family are enjoying a wonderful summer filled with opportunities to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Although the first day of school is still a few weeks away, I wanted to take this opportunity to officially welcome you back and begin sharing information to help you prepare for an exciting school year. Starting today and throughout the school year, you can expect the Principal's Post newsletter every Friday to provide important updates, key dates, back-to-school information, and resources to ensure a smooth start to the year.

We’ve been hard at work this summer hiring an outstanding team to ensure we’re fully staffed and ready for Day 1! Be sure to visit our Sagamore Hills Elementary Facebook page to meet our newest Wildcat staff members. We’ll continue introducing new team members each day! I have no doubt that we have hired the best of the best!!! Our students deserve it!

Our staff will soon begin preparing classrooms, planning engaging learning experiences, and getting everything ready to welcome our Wildcats back to school. We are looking forward to another year of learning, growth, and celebrating the successes of every student.

Whether your family is returning to Sagamore Hills or joining us for the first time, we are excited to partner with you this school year. Together, we will continue to create a school community where every child feels welcomed, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Thank you for being an important part of the Wildcat family. Enjoy the rest of your summer, and be sure to watch for future editions of the Principal's Post as we count down to the first day of school.

We are "Learning Without Limits: The Wildcat Way!"

With gratitude and enthusiasm,

Ms. Freeman
Principal

A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDATION FUNDRAISING CO-CHAIRS A MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDATION FUNDRAISING CO-CHAIRS

Dear Sagamore Hills Families,

As we prepare for another wonderful school year, we're looking for local businesses to partner with the Sagamore Hills Foundation as 2026–2027 School Sponsors.

If you own a business—or have a family member, friend, or neighbor who does—we'd love to connect with them! Becoming a School Sponsor is a wonderful way to give back to Sagamore Hills while gaining year-round visibility within our amazing school community.

School sponsorships help fund teacher-requested classroom projects, STEM programming, arts and music enrichment, after-school clubs, campus improvements, and other initiatives that directly benefit our students throughout the year. Sponsorship opportunities begin at $250, with a variety of recognition benefits included at each level.

As a special thank you to our Sagamore Hills families, we're offering 5% off all School Sponsorship levels.

If you'd like to learn more, simply email our fundraising co-chairs Rebecca Chambers & Vivian Blom at fundraising@sagamorehillsfoundation.org.

They'd be happy to answer any questions and help you find the sponsorship level that's the best fit for your business.

Thank you for helping make Sagamore Hills such a special place for our students and staff. We are incredibly grateful for the support of our community and the businesses that invest in our school.
