The school uses staggered times and locations to manage pickup traffic, and all parents must stay in their cars.

3rd and 4th graders are picked up at the front with a car tag.

5th and 6th grade pickup is at 3:30 PM in the back; you must have a tag, or you will be made to circle around.

7th and 8th grade pickup begins at 3:45 PM in the back. If you arrive early for an older student, you will need to wait in the side overflow line so you do not block 5th and 6th grade traffic.

Please remain in your car during pick-up. Parking and walking up is not permitted due to student safety.

School pickup at 3:45 PM splits by grade, with 7th and 8th graders in the back and 9th through 12th graders in the front. Any student remaining after 4:00 PM moves to the back for late pickup.

For families with multiple kids in 3rd through 12th grade, older siblings will head to the cafeteria first to collect their younger siblings (3rd-6th) before going to their designated pickup location.

Additionally, any students participating in Conservatory or attending Clayton will wait in the cafeteria until their classes begin or it is time for them to leave.
Reminder: Conservatory classes do not meet the first week of school.

First day of School Procedures- Walking Your Student In First day of School Procedures- Walking Your Student In

On the first day of school, ELEMENTARY PARENTS are welcome to park in non-student spaces and walk their child into the building between 7:20 AM and 7:45 AM. Parents can walk their student to the cafeteria, where students report upon arrival each day.

Parents cannot walk students to the classrooms, only the cafeteria is permitted. Please consider coming to Back to School night, so you are able to meet the teacher and explore classrooms.
