Mustang Family,
Another busy week has flown by! A week ago, we watched our football program bring home the Branding Iron, and while their talent, determination, and grit on the field were critical to that victory, so was the incredible spirit in the stands. Our Pep Squad, ASB, and Blue Thunder Marching Band and Color Guard brought the energy and enthusiasm that helped cheer our team on to victory. It was a night we will all remember, filled with Mustang Pride, a positive atmosphere, and special memories for our entire school community. Congratulations to everyone who contributed to such a memorable evening!
This past week was Club Rush, with more than 160 clubs inviting students to get involved. There is quite literally something for everyone! A huge shout-out to our amazing staff, every one of those 160 clubs has a faculty member supporting its students. Our club advisors are not compensated for the time they dedicate to these organizations; they do it because they care about our students and want to support their interests and passions. We are incredibly grateful for their commitment and willingness to give their time to our students.
Finally, next Friday, September 25th, will be a Minimum Day. The schedule is provided below. We hope our students and families enjoy the slightly longer weekend!
Go Mustangs 🐎💙💛💙🐎!
My best,
Mrs. Jamie G. Norell
Principal
