10:45 AM – Building unlocked students arrive and are seated- Edwards Door

11:00 AM – Main Building unlocked

No floor seating available

*Families use main entrances only- 2 wheelchair accessible

Concessions: Cashless (Candy, Chips, Soda, Hotdogs)

12:00 PM- Graduates in seats with regalia (group photo)

1:00 PM – Graduation Procession Begins

Diploma Distribution: Students return to staging room for diploma pickup

Exit Process:

Students exit via Edwards door to meet families outside

Families exit via main entrances upstairs

All ARVA-approved stoles and cords will be provided to you on the day of graduation based on the pathways, CTSOs and NHS status. Please reach out to your sponsor with questions.

You may decorate your caps for graduation but it must follow these criteria.

1. School Appropriate

2. Flat to the hat

3. NO Glitter

Seniors can submit a graduate slide, which will be shared with the graduating class after graduation and may be displayed on screens during the ceremony. To submit your slide, please send it to Mrs. Luster at cluster@arva.org.

Use a personal email address to sign up so that you will receive your CPR card.
