February
It is so hard to believe that it is February! Thank to everyone for staying up to date with delays, elearning days, etc. It definitely takes a village to raise a child and we are so fortunate to be part of your village!
Whether we are in person school or not, please remember the importance of reading every day. Reading to children at any age, having them read to themselves, or children reading to you make a huge difference in their education. The more you read, the more you succeed! Please make sure reading is a daily part of every child's routine.
ILEARN testing - Checkpoint 2
The majority of our 3rd-6th grade students took the ILEARN Checkpoint 2 this past week. Make ups will be done this week with anyone that was absent.
The checkpoints allow us to do a quick check in to see how students are progressing with certain standards. Once the test is completed, our staff analyze the results and use the information to inform our instruction both in whole group and small group. Once the window closes on Feburary 13, parents will receive an email to log on to NextPath to receive student results on the Checkpoint.
Calling All 6th Grade Students and Parents!
Krueger Middle School invites you to the Wolfpack Roundup on Thursday, February 26, at 5:30 p.m. This event is a great opportunity to learn about life at Krueger, meet staff, and get ready for the transition to middle school.
