You may see the following letter coming home with your student if they have lost their school ID badge.
You can pay for a replacement badge on the Webstore.

school badge. We kindly ask that you go to the webstore via the Wimberley ISD website or use
the QR code below and purchase them a new one.
These badges are used throughout the school and when your student is on a field trip.
Thank you in advance.
Dismissal
Early Outs: If you are picking up your child early from school, please check them out before 2:00pm. This will be helpful in getting your child to the office and out in a timely manner. Our office gets very busy at the end of the day.
Transportation Changes: Must be emailed to Marlene.gray@wimberleyisd.net BEFORE 2:00pm.
Car tags are required- Please keep them hanging from your rearview mirror the entire time you are on school property. This helps move the line. Laying the tags on the dashboard is hard for us to see. Some of us are short and some of you have large vehicles :).
Kid Connection Families
Dear Kid Connection families,
We would appreciate your cooperation and support with the following pick up guidelines.
If you are picking up your child before 3:30, please do not come through the car rider line. Please park and walk up to the office to check out your child. Kid connection kids are in a separate area of the building and are not a part of regular dismissal time and procedures. When you come through the line, it backs the line up because we have to find an available staff member to go inside to gather your child from a different area.
If you want to come through the car rider line between 3:00 and 3:25, please submit a transportation change to marlene.gray@wimberleyisd.net before 2:00pm. Let her know that they will be a car rider and not go to kid connection.
Thank you,
Marlayna

Tailgate with Texans
Tailgate with Texans – Sept 27, 6–9 PM at Texan Stadium Parking Lot!
Come celebrate our amazing high school athletes at this festive family event! Enjoy delicious food, fun games and activities for the kids, raffle prizes, and a silent auction for parents. Plus, KWVH 94.3 Wimberley Valley Radio will be broadcasting live from the event! Don’t miss this exciting night of Texan pride and community spirit. Proceeds will benefit ALL the WISD Athletic Programs.
Student Birthday Celebrations
If you would like to send treats for your child’s class to celebrate your child’s birthday (cupcakes, cookies, donuts all work well for classroom distribution), please plan to drop the treats off in the school office on the day of the celebration.
Providing napkins, plates and plasticware is also helpful as teachers do not have these items in the classroom. Please do not bring anything that needs to be sliced/cut.
Students’ birthdays are celebrated with treats in the classrooms after lunch.
Birthday treats cannot be served in the cafeteria during lunch times.
To protect our students with food allergies, please check with your child’s teacher about appropriate birthday treats that can be sent to school.
Lunch with your student
Thank you for coming to school and having lunch with your child! We love seeing students and parents together in the building!
