Welcome Back to PHCS

PHCS Staff gathered together on Thursday of last week and today, getting ready to kick off the 2023-2024 school year.

We are so excited to have our students back in the building for learning and making memories.

We are welcoming many new families to our district and a few friendly reminders never hurt for our returning kiddos, so we hope you find the following information helpful:

Our first day back with students with Wednesday, September 6th.

The parent drop-off/pick-up door is located on the side of our building and the doors open at 7:30am.

Busses arrive between 7:40-7:50.

Homeroom begins at 7:50 daily.

Students arriving between 7:30-7:50 begin their day in two locations:

UPK-5th Grade report the Cafeteria

6th-12th Grade report to the Auditorium

The cafeteria will be open until 8am daily. UPK and Kindergarten students are supervised by classroom staff to breakfast at 8am in the beginning of the year to help with their transition to school.

Our website is full of information and we have been working to organize and make sure the most up to date information is displayed.

The EVENTS section is a great place to look for information on events coming up. You will see (students and staff) or (Open to the Public) or (Invite Only).

The LIVE FEED section allows for a bit more detailed information to be shared and will include pictures from time to time.

It is important to keep student contact information up to date, we use this information to release students during our school day, contact families in the event of an emergency, and ensure transportation details are accurate.

There is a direct link on our website and also an App too.

Our first bus run departs at 2:30pm.

We have an after school enrichment period Monday- Thursday from 2:30-3:10pm.

Our late bus departs around 5:00pm
