Our Annual Fun Run was a success! Great job to all that participated. A special thank you goes out to the OMH&S who organized such a wonderful event for our students. Thank you to all our OMS staff members that came and supported the Fun Run! It's truly a wonderful community event!

The Winter Concert is almost here! We can’t wait to see our talented band, strings, and chorus students perform. This year, just the chorus will be performing in the concert instead of the whole fifth grade—this is the same across all elementary schools.

We are excited for our book fair next week. Please read the book fair letter. We are also looking forward to our First Grade Feast and our Second Grade Gingerbread Event. Iready score reports can be found in Genesis. Fourth and Fifth Grade report cards will be available in Genesis this week. Our fifth grade families will be piloting the dismissal app, Pick Up Patrol, the next couple of weeks. We hope that in the future our whole school will be utilizing the program for a more streamlined dismissal process.

This year, as we celebrate Wall Township's 175th Anniversary alongside America’s 250th, we are excited to provide our students with meaningful opportunities to learn, reflect, and engage with our shared history. Throughout the year, students will participate in lessons, have options for projects, and be able to attend community events that honor our past, highlight our present, and inspire our future. Old Mill Home & School Association (OMH&S) is Old Mill's PTA. OMH&S raises funds for all class trips and assemblies, recess equipment, supplies and events throughout the year. Our ability to operate is entirely dependent on the volunteer efforts of Old Mill School families and educators. Join us today!

It's time to start planning for the 2026-2027 school year! Please take note of the upcoming registration dates for our youngest students:

• Kindergarten Registration: Monday, February 2, 2026
• Preschool Registration: Tuesday, February 17, 2026

Children are registered in their neighborhood schools in the order that completed registrations are received. Please be advised in the event that grade-level capacity is reached, incoming students may be assigned to another WTPS elementary school.
