Pepin Academies New Port Richey

Neptune's News
Good evening,
Thank you to all the families who attended Parent-Teacher Conferences last Tuesday. I hope you had the opportunity to meet with your child's teacher(s), discuss their progress, and address any questions or concerns you may have had. If you were unable to attend, please remember that you are always welcome to contact your child's teacher directly. Email is typically the best method of communication and can be used to schedule a meeting at a future date.
As I am addressing communication, I would also like to remind everyone of Pepin Academies' established procedures for handling concerns at the school level:
First Point of Contact: Teacher
As the first line of recourse, contact the teacher to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your child and seek to resolve the concern with the teacher. If the concern is not resolved, or the teacher is involved in the concern, you are encouraged to contact the next point of contact.
Second Point of Contact: Assistant Principal or Principal
If your concern remains unresolved after meeting with the teacher, or the teacher is involved, then contact the campus Assistant Principal or Principal. If the Assistant Principal is involved, then contact the principal. If the concern is not resolved, or both the Assistant Principal and Principal are involved, then you are encouraged to contact the next point of contact.
Additional information can be found in the 2026-2027 Parent and Student Handbook, which is available through the Quick Links section on our website.
We are continually reviewing our policies and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement. Over the weekend, with the help of my husband, I completed several enhancements to our carline procedures aimed at increasing safety for both students and staff.
Six yellow metal barricades have been installed between the two carline lanes to create a clearly defined walkway for students. These barriers are designed to keep students separated from moving vehicles as they make their way to and from their assigned loading areas.
In addition, an orange cone with a numbered post has been placed at the front right corner of each loading space. These markers will help staff assign loading locations more efficiently and will make it easier for students to quickly identify and move to their designated pickup area.
I know many of our students are excited about the upcoming week off from school, and I sincerely hope your family enjoys a restful and enjoyable Fall Break. May you have the opportunity to relax, recharge, and spend quality time together.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back to campus on Monday, September 28.
Go Falcons!
