Get outside before 10 a.m. or after sunset for walks, errands, or time with family. Arizona heat isn’t playing around, so timing is important.
Hydrate Like It’s Your Job 💧
Carry a water bottle and sip all day, even if you’re not thirsty yet.
Add lemon or fruit if plain water tastes boring.
Cool Down Smart ❄️
Visit indoor spots like libraries, community centers, or shaded parks.
