Principal's Message
Good afternoon Borchardt Bears!
As we head into November, I hope you enjoyed our Spirit Week as much as we did! We had a busy and fun week at Borchardt: our sixth graders visited the IMAX theater, another class explored the Cosumnes River Preserve, and our K–2 students took part in a costume parade. Thank you to all of our teachers and chaperones that help make these events possible!
With the time change behind us and cooler mornings here, please take a moment to label your child’s sweatshirts and jackets so they can find their way home.
A quick reminder that attendance matters. Missing just two days a month adds up to about 18 days over the school year—that’s nearly four weeks of learning, classroom routines, and time with friends. So much happens in the everyday moments at school, and we want our students here to be part of it whenever they can. Let’s keep working together to help every student miss fewer than 18 days this year.
Have a great week!

If you have submitted a photo in the past, we still have it! You do not need to submit another.
Please follow the link below if you are able to attend as an honored guest in person, or if you have a photo to add to our photo wall.

Thank you for your understanding.
