Dear Cole Manor,
Our focus this year will again be to build a strong learning community while learning important leadership habits. We will continue to focus on our three Cole Manor school rules: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, & Be Safe. Each month, students will also learn about a different leadership habit and how to apply that habit to their daily lives. Throughout the month of September, we will focus on learning our three school rules and what it means to demonstrate leadership. We are very excited to share that Cole Manor has been nationally recognized for our PBIS (Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports) program. We will receive an award this fall during a conference where we will be recognized for this achievement. I am very proud of our students and the PBIS team!
Beginning the first week of September, students will be able to earn Flying High Cards for making outstanding leadership choices at school. These students will be recognized on the morning announcements, they will have a Flying High Card to bring home, and they will get their picture placed on the Flying High Board in the main lobby area.
Morning Drop-off & Dismissal Reminders
The earliest that students can be dropped off at school is 8:45AM. Students need to be dropped off by 9:15AM, or they will be marked tardy. If you are dropping your child off, please enter through the parking lot and drop your child off with the staff on duty. Please do not stop along Springview Road to drop your child off.
Dismissal begins every day at 3:25PM. Students cannot be dismissed early after 3:00PM. All parents/guardians should remain in their cars and enter the parking lot. Staff on duty will assist with getting students from the APR to your car.

Este año, nuestro objetivo será nuevamente construir una comunidad de aprendizaje sólida y, al mismo tiempo, aprender hábitos de liderazgo importantes. Seguiremos enfocándonos en nuestras tres reglas escolares de Cole Manor: ser respetuoso, ser responsable y ser seguro. Cada mes, los estudiantes también aprenderán sobre un hábito de liderazgo diferente y cómo aplicar ese hábito a su vida diaria. Durante el mes de septiembre, nos enfocaremos en aprender nuestras tres reglas escolares y lo que significa demostrar liderazgo. Estamos muy emocionados de compartir que Cole Manor ha sido reconocido a nivel nacional por nuestro programa PBIS (Intervenciones y apoyos para la conducta positiva). Recibiremos un premio este otoño durante una conferencia en la que seremos reconocidos por este logro. ¡Estoy muy orgulloso de nuestros estudiantes y del equipo PBIS! A partir de la primera semana de septiembre, los estudiantes podrán ganar tarjetas Flying High por tomar decisiones de liderazgo sobresalientes en la escuela. Estos estudiantes serán reconocidos en los anuncios de la mañana, tendrán una tarjeta Flying High para llevar a casa y su foto se colocará en el tablero Flying High en el área del vestíbulo principal.
Los estudiantes deben llegar antes de las 9:15 a. m., o se les marcará como tarde. Si va a dejar a su hijo, ingrese por el estacionamiento y déjelo con el personal de turno. Por favor no se detenga en Springview Road para dejar a su hijo. La salida comienza todos los días a las 3:25 p.m. Los estudiantes no pueden salir temprano después de las 3:00 p.m. Todos los padres/tutores deben permanecer en sus automóviles y entrar al estacionamiento. El personal de turno ayudará a llevar a los estudiantes desde la APR hasta su automóvil.
