Kids Heart Challenge wrapped up today and we are so proud of our students and families for making such a big impact in the fight against heart disease and stroke during American Heart Month - THANK YOU for your support! CLICK HERE to watch a thank you video from heart survivors that are helped by our school’s participation in KHC.

CONGRATULATIONS! We officially hit our school goal and will celebrate with Principal Shuckerow getting SILLY STRINGED! Participating students will be entered in a raffle to do the silly string - we will draw 15 names!

Registration for our incoming Kindergarten class is available online using the link below. Incoming Kindergarten students must turn 5 prior to September 1. Registering early helps the school and district start planning for the fall.

During online registration, new families will create a Sherwood ParentVUE account. Parents of current and former Sherwood students will log in with their existing ParentVUE account. On Wednesday, February 14th, Nutrition Services celebrated Valentine's Day with our students by offering a whole-grain rich, pink frosted sugar cookie and an all red salad bar featuring fresh strawberries, apples, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and more. Happy Valentine's Day Sherwood Students!

Archer Glen PAC is currently looking for volunteers to help with the following areas:

• Popcorn Fridays (signups are in Help Counter)
• Spring Carnival

To use the HelpCounter app, please follow these steps:

• Step 1 Submit your background check.
• Step 2 Email the volunteer coordinator at volunteer@archerglenpac.org to make sure that your background check has been cleared. This generally takes two weeks to clear.
• Step 3 Download the HelpCounter App onto your phone.
• Step 4 Create an account using the same email that you shared with the PAC coordinator.
• Step 5 Set your volunteer preferences and sign up for volunteer opportunities at Archer Glen.

The annual Sherwood High School Bowmen Pageant will be held Saturday Feb. 24 at 6pm in the SHS auditorium. Advanced online tickets are $10 through Thursday Feb. 22. Tickets can also be purchased at the event for $15 (cash or check only).
