Book Fair will be here October 26-30. Students can visit the library in the mornings, during lunch or afterschool. With teacher permission and a pass students can also visit during the school day.
We will accept cash, card and tap to pay. Book Fair profits go towards updating the library, author visits, online programs, incentives and rewards for the students and much more.
Dia De Los Muertos is November 1-2. We will have an ofrenda set up in the library. Staff and students are welcomed to come bring a picture of a loved one who has passed. The week of October 26th we will start setting up the ofrenda.
This year Stevenson will be participating in the NISD Middle School Battle of the Books. Battle of the Books is a competition between middle schools to see who knows the 20 award-winning books the best. We will meet Monday mornings in the library to work on practice questions.
