Principal's Corner
Hello FamiLEE,
We only have 6 whole days and 2 half days before exams begin and it is very important that students attend daily and finish strong. We are busy preparing for next semester and are excited about the great things that lie ahead. Shout-out to our band and choir students who did a great job performing last night! We have several exciting things coming up as this semester comes to a close including the theatre magnet performance of Into the Woods Jr. and two home basketball games next week as well as the Creative Writing Magnet Readers' Theatre and a Vocal Recital next week. Please come out to support our very talented students.
Please send excuse notes to LHS.Attendance@hsv-k12.org. We are working hard to meet our goal of a 95% attendance rate. Please help us with this effort. We need to get back up to 95%.
Have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Kitrise Torain
LHS Principal
