Plus, students can get creative with our Pumpkin Painting Contest happening throughout the month! 🎃📚🚲✨
There’s plenty happening in and around the library, so grab your calendar and get ready for a month full of books, creativity, inspiration, and a little October magic!
Get ready for an exciting visit from award-winning author and illustrator John Picacio on October 21st! John is the illustrator of the Bluebonnet Award–winning book The Invisible Parade, a beautiful story inspired by the traditions of Día de los Muertos. 🌼💀📖
Students in 3rd–5th grade will have the opportunity to meet John, learn about his art and illustrations, and hear more about The Invisible Parade. Want an autograph? Bring your favorite John Picacio book from home to have him sign it! ✍️📚
