Last Quarter Happenings...
Orbit's BBE Visit
Orbit came and taught us all how to Strike Out Bullying. Students learned to stand up for others, tell an adult, offer friendship, and practice respect. Thank you to the PTA for providing this amazing opportunity for our Bears!
Red Ribbon Week
Our Bears know what it looks like to lead a healthy lifestyle. This year's Red Ribbon lessons led by Mrs. Wimberly and Nurse James made an impact that will last a lifetime!
Personal Responsibility Guidance Lessons
Mrs. Wimberly visited every classroom to facilitate lessons on our Great 8 focus of Personal Responsibility. 2nd and 3rd graders engaged in a depth and complexity model that allowed them to discover the impacts of patterns of behavior and how people can make changes over time.
Buddy Classes Worked Together
Upper and lower grade classes buddied up to create their kindness hands to add to the BBE Kindness Rainbow Banner.
Be the Rainbow in Some Elses Cloud
Our completed Rainbow of Kindness. If you have not seen it yet, check it out next time you visit the BBE Cafeteria.
Kindness Crew Readers
Student leaders read books about kindness to each grade level throughout the week. Students always love having guest readers visit their class.
