Happy Fantastic Friday Eagle Families,

Another FANTASTIC week is officially in the books at Alderman! This week was all about celebrating our AMAZING Eagles and the incredible things they're accomplishing! From our Eagle of the Month recognitions to our Scholar Ticket recipients and all the students who were honored at today's Awards Ceremony today, we had SO many reasons to cheer! Our Eagles are working hard, tackling new challenges, showing curiosity and confidence, and making us proud every single day! These celebrations remind us that success isn't just about the grades we earn—it's also about the effort we give, the growth we make, and the character we show along the way. WAY TO GO, EAGLES!

This week was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate just how far we've come, but guess what? We're just getting started! We still have three more quarters filled with opportunities to learn, lead, grow, and SHINE! Just like a plant needs water and sunshine to grow, our Eagles need encouragement, support, and opportunities to strengthen their confidence, perseverance, optimism, accountability, and respect. Let's continue to nurture those qualities together, celebrate the little victories, and remind our students that they CAN do hard things! Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, and every small step forward brings them closer to becoming the high-SOARing Eagles we know they can be!

To our incredible Alderman families, THANK YOU for your continued encouragement, partnership, and for sharing your wonderful children with us each day! Your support makes a BIG difference, and together, we're building a school community where every Eagle has the opportunity to thrive. Let's keep the excitement, positivity, and momentum going as we head into another amazing week of learning and growing!

SOARing Eagles of the Month SOARing Eagles of the Month

Monday we celebrated the SOARing Eagles of the Month of October who have shown what it means to be Optimistic, even when things get tough. We are so proud of these students for their perseverance and positive attitudes! This month, our S.O.A.R focus shifts to the “A” for Accountable. Accountability means taking responsibility for actions, words, and choices—and learning from mistakes. It strengthens our school community and helps students grow into respectful leaders who can be counted on. We appreciate your partnership in reinforcing this at home!

Attendance Matters: Attendance Matters:

We were able to get 2 more days toward our goal so we now have 6 days of 10 or fewer tardies, just 14 more days to go! Remember, students who enter the building at 7:40 AM or later are tardy, so please adjust your morning routine to get out the house a few minutes earlier and plan to arrive a few minutes early.
