We truly appreciate our staff at MPS and we know our families do to! Please fill out this form for as many teachers, bus drivers, cooks, etc that you appreciate at our school so we can share the impact they make in our school with them!

You and/or your child can fill out this form to report any incident where your child has been a victim or has witnessed students be a victim to bullying.

If you have a student you would like to enroll in preschool, kindergarten, or any other grade please call the school to have the students put on the waiting list.

We have waiting lists available for future school years too if you would like to put students on ahead of time to receive better chances at a spot in preschool.

*Students must be 4 by July 31st to be eligible for preschool and 5 by July 31st to be eligible for kindergarten.

As we near the end of the school year, I want to take a moment to let students and families know that I will not be returning to Minnewaukan school in the fall. My time working with our students has been amazing and I hope that I was able to help support your students' social-emotional learning and mental health needs. I cannot thank our student's families enough for their support throughout the years and it has been such a joy getting to know everyone. If you feel your student needs mental health services over the summer, please contact me prior to the end of the school year and I will connect you with community resources that can help meet your students needs. Once again, I thank you for sharing your students with me and wish everyone the best on their journey ahead, and I am honored that I could be part of a small piece of it.

Each grade level will be eligible to receive student of the month.

They will be recognized on the school website and FB page as well as receive a small reward for their accomplishment.

Student engagement staff will look for when nominating a student of the month:

• Good Attendance!
• Completion of Work!
• Collaborates well with peers and staff!
• Follows school expectations!
