Disclaimer: An error was made in this ZOOM meeting. A statement was made that Physics was required for the Distinguished level of Achievement Diploma. That is not correct. Four credits of science are required but Physics does not have to be one of them. We’re very sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Court of Dreams Basketball Game

Your Panther Pride needs your help. We have the opportunity to play a couple games at the AAC where the Mavericks play if we are able to sell tickets. We have to sell 400 tickets and this will allow us plus a team or two of our choosing to play on the Mavericks court. After our games are complete then everyone can head to their seats and watch the Mavericks take on the Celtics. So you will get a two for one. You get to see your Panther Pride play plus the Mavs all for the price of one ticket!! Please helps us help our special need athletes with their Court of Dreams experience.

Buy Your Yearbook! Buy Your Yearbook!

WHAT IS REFLECTIONS ARTS PROGRAM?

https://youtu.be/r1BkCQkRwNs

  • There is no limit on the number of entries per student.
  • Questions: email Reflections@mcmillenptsa.org

"What do we win? Is this a contest?"

  • This is not technically a contest. It is truly a program created to give students a forum to explore the arts and expand their interests and talents.

Students are individually judged on their project and not judged against the other students.

  • They are judged on how well they explain their art fits the theme, the mastery of the medium used, and their creativity.
  • Ribbons will be awarded to all entrants, with recognition categories of:
    • Award of Excellence (blue ribbon)
    • Award of Merit (red ribbon)
    • Honorable Mention (white ribbon)
  • Top entries will advance to Plano ISD Council of PTAs at the beginning of December for the next level judging with the potential to advance to the Texas PTA and National PTA levels.
