Brey Griffin

Brey is a kind, hardworking, and thoughtful student who is also very sporty and motivated to improve. She enjoys staying active and creative through volleyball, drawing, and making origami. In the short term, Brey is focused on getting better at origami and improving her volleyball skills, including her jump serve and diving technique. Her long-term goals include becoming a stronger volleyball player overall, increasing her vertical jump, and working out regularly to stay in shape. Although she is not currently reading a book, Brey is motivated to begin reading one she has at home. Her favorite subject is Social Studies because she enjoys learning about wars and fascinating events from the past, such as pirates, and exploring whether legends like mermaids, sirens, or witches ever existed. Brey is inspired by her fifth-grade teacher, Mr. Frederick (Ryan Frederick), who encouraged her to continue pursuing volleyball and never give up, leaving a lasting impact on her confidence and determination.

Noah Williams

Noah is a tall, smart, funny, and kind student who brings a positive attitude to both his academics and activities. He enjoys staying active through cross country and track, and he also likes gaming in his free time. One of Noah’s short-term goals is to max out his ELA IXL stars, showing his strong commitment to improving his skills. His long-term goal is to get into a good college, and he works hard each day to prepare for that future. Noah is currently reading The Great Blue Yonder, which supports his growth as a reader. His favorite subject is Math because he excels in it and is challenged by being in a higher-level class. Noah is inspired by Mr. Donley, a teacher he had in elementary school, because he is awesome and made a lasting positive impression on both Noah and his sister.
