Happy May, Huckleberry Heroes!
I hope you all had a wonderful April break and are ready for these last couple of months of the school year! Let's hope that all of these April showers bring out a lot of May flowers this month! Spring time is my favorite time of year because I love spending time outdoors and with these later sunsets, I have been enjoying evening walks and trips to the park with my family. Being outside in nature is great for our social-emotional well being. The first week of May is screen-free week; what activities might you try? Check out the resources below to learn more about the benefits of spending time outdoors, ideas for screen-free week, and all things SEL!

In this episode, Lynn talks to a family about patterns of rigidity and anxiety they notice in their child, and the importance of modeling flexibility.
