How to Translate the Weekly Roar
When you open the Weekly Roar, locate the "Translate" button and click on it. It will allow you to translate the newsletter into 90 different languages. Click on "Translate Newsletter" > Haga clic en "Translate Newsletter" > Clicca su "Translate Newsletter" > Дээр товшино уу "Translate Newsletter" > คลิกที่ "Translate Newsletter"

A New Friend in Room 27!

Seeking La Ballona parent for the Measure E Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee
The CCUSD Board is seeking a parent with a child attending La Ballona Elementary to serve on the Measure E Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC). The CBOC is responsible for reviewing the District's expenditure reports to ensure that Measure E bond funds are used only for the purposes specified in the Measure, and informing the public about these expenditures. The Committee meets once every 3 months from 5:30 - 6:45 pm on Wednesdays. CBOC members must live in Culver City. The next meeting for new members would be Wednesday November 18, 2026, followed by February 17 and May 19, 2027. Members serve for 2 year terms but are eligible for reappointment.
