Here is some additional important information you will need to start the school year!
Carpool Rules and Carpool Cards – We ask that parents review carpool procedures with anyone who will be picking up or dropping off students. Carpool cards must be displayed at the time of pick-up in the front window of any car picking up students. If you don’t already have it, download the PikMyKid app before the first day of school. Your family number will be on your carpool card. Cards will be given out at Meet & Greet. As a reminder, DO NOT pull out around the cars in front of you. You must wait until the cars in front of you have been dismissed by the carpool attendant holding the stop sign before you pull away from the curb.
*Any carpool changes must be delegated in PMK by 1:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and by 12:00 noon on Wednesday. Any changes after that must be called into the office.
Lunch Program – PCA uses Boonli for our lunch ordering program for lunch deliveries beginning the first day of school, Tuesday, August 11, 2026. Here is a link to the PCA website for instructions to begin ordering, https://www.pcapvb.org/lunch-program. The password for new users is palmercatholic1.
Student Medical/Emergency Contacts and Authorized Pick-Up at Carpool – ALL Emergency contacts and permanent authorized drivers for student pick up at carpool are added directly on the FACTS SIS Family Portal. If you wish to make a change to your Emergency Contacts and/or Transportation Form, click on Family > Family Demographic Form. Please email Laura Kokos at lkokos@pcapvb.org for any changes regarding your child’s allergies. THE DISTRICT CODE FOR FACTS SIS: SAFL-DIO.
Angels After Hours–Angels After Hours currently has very limited availability on a few days. Follow the link on the PCA website under the Forms/Info to either get on a waitlist or to register for a day that is available. Once the form is submitted, you will receive notification via email on the status.
